With the work taking place in perfect holiday weather, progress continues at a good pace. The most noticeable progress sees the removal of more kerb stones and work on the pitch surrounds, drainage trench digging, pipe laying and lots of back-filling.
There’s no sign of the green carpet yet or, the blue surrounds. It will be several more weeks yet before it rolls up – an old astroturf fitter’s joke!!
