With the first half of the season done, this is an opportunity to wish you all a very Merry Christmas and a Happy Hockey New Year!
At this time of year, it is also worth recognising the significant help we receive from volunteers and the hours of work they put into make hockey happen (there is no hockey fairy!) and to thank them all for their efforts.
As ever, there are some areas where we need volunteers, we are currently looking for a Membership Secretary (or Secretaries as this job can be split), a Men’s Fixtures Secretary and Volunteer Co-ordinator to help ensure we have the right support for all the activities we run. It would be great to see some new volunteers stepping forward to give something back.
It is also a good time to remind you all of when things restart in January 2018.
In Ottery:

Men’s Training: 9th January 19:30-21:30
In Sidmouth:
Junior Academy & Rusty Hockey:
7th January 10:00-11:00 (Boys and Rustys)
7th January 11:00-12:00 (Girls)
Walking Hockey:
14th January 11:00-12:00 (alongside the girls’ session). This group would welcome anyone looking to start their exercise programme at a leisurely pace.
There is also an U14’s tournament on 7th January for the Boys and the Girls.
