The Club’s 5th Annual General Meeting is on Monday 15th May 2017, at The Balfour Arms, Sidmouth, 7pm for a 7.30pm start. The AGM is an important opportunity for us to come together as a club, to reflect on the season and to look forward to next season and beyond.
As a Club member you are invited to attend and have your say about how our club is run. As a club run totally by volunteers (members and/or parents), it is also an opportunity for anyone who wants to become more involved in the running of the club to throw their hat into the ring. There are a number of committee and non-committee roles, including Club Chairman and some senior team captains, that need to be filled and it is important that they are filled (a fuller list of vacancies will be on this website).
It is always good to see as many members as possible as what’s decided at this meeting affects everyone in our club.
The agenda and the minutes from the last AGM are appended below. If there are any changes to the Club’s constitution you wish to propose, or if there is any business you wish to raise which is not covered by the items on the agenda please e-mail the topic to Karen Dutton (kjdutton@live.com) no later than Monday 8th May 2016.
